We are a provider of specialist travel insurance for travellers with pre-existing medical conditions. Incorporated in 2011 as an Appointed Representative of Freedom Insurance Services Ltd, who themselves were formed in 2002, we’ve insured thousands of travellers with pre-existing medical conditions. We consider any type of medical condition up to a high level of severity with single trip, cruise and annual multi-trip cover available for frequent travellers.

We don’t believe in restricting travel due to age and devised our OK To Travel scheme with no age restrictions on annual multi-trip policies and single trip cover for up to 3 months. We're very proud that we are able to offer full medical cover to lots of travellers who could not obtain this elsewhere due to their age or an adverse medical history.

We understand that insurance isn’t the most exciting aspect of planning international travel and pride ourselves on taking the hassle out of arranging cover in one short telephone call or visit to the website. Our friendly customer service representatives are available to help offer quotations over the telephone. Our operators do not work based on commission and therefore our clients do not experience pushy sales talk. We rely on our ability to offer cover where other companies can’t, our reputation within the insurance industry and our competitive pricing to do the talking for us. You will also have no compliance burden as we cover this all ourselves.
What can you expect?
Once you’re signed up to our affiliate programme, you’ll receive a competitive commission rate for any website lead resulting in a policy sale with a slightly reduced commission for telephone referrals.
We’ll track referrals via dedicated campaigns meaning your referral is always recognised, whether online or by telephone. If you’re advertising our services online, we can provide tracked campaign links, a dedicated page on our website and a personal telephone number. Commission is paid to affiliates by the 15th of the following month via BACS with various levels of reporting available for you to track the number of issued policies and commission due.
